Notices for the AGM and any extraordinary general meetings (EGMs) are issued by SSKB with the agenda, motions and voting papers. Summaries of outcomes will be posted here.
Next AGM: late March 2027. The exact date is still to be set. SSKB will send the formal notice, with the agenda and voting papers, to all owners beforehand.
Accessing records
Under Queensland law, owners can inspect body corporate records such as minutes, financial statements and contracts. Requests go to SSKB, which keeps the official records.

Renovations, pets and changes affecting common property need body corporate approval. Apply through SSKB before work starts.
Submitting a motion
Any owner can submit a motion for a general meeting. Send it to SSKB before the motion deadline in the meeting notice.
