Our community
More than a building. A diverse community of owners, long-term residents and visitors.
Living well together
A good residential community depends on mutual respect, consideration and understanding of the different needs of the people who share our spaces.
This is where you'll find ways to connect with neighbours, community activities and opportunities to help make YVES an even better place to live. We welcome ideas and constructive contributions.
Share your skills. Support our community.
Our building is home to people with a wealth of skills and experience. Would you be happy to share yours occasionally?
We're inviting residents to opt in to a voluntary support register, so we know who may be willing to offer advice or lend a hand when needed.
You could help by
- Reviewing quotes to help us assess value for money
- Offering practical guidance on plumbing, maintenance or other building issues
- Providing first aid, within your training, while emergency services are on their way
You choose when and how you help, based on your availability and expertise. There's no ongoing commitment and no expectation to be on call.
Together, we can make informed decisions, look out for one another and build a safer, more connected community.
